How many times have you lost strokes because you got nervous, anxious, or angry?

The Heart-Source Center is conducting a Special Research Project starting in November 2004

You will be coached using a new approach

This approach reportedly
* Prepares a golfer for activities that require concentration and motor coordination

* Maximizes emotional calm, concentration, and mental focus during competition

* Moves a golfer into the "Zone" for no-demand "personal best" performance

* Prevents performance anxiety and guides a golfer to transform feelings of stress and worry into productive energy

* Provides a golfer with instant feedback to stabilize emotions and balance the autonomic nervous system

* Helps a golfer develop skills in creating a calm, dynamic internal state at will
