I would like to invite you to experience various heart-centered, energy psychology, and healing modalities, as well as tried and true traditional counseling methods developed to assist individuals in daily life and living.

I offer opportunities for personal discovery, growth, health, happiness, and a life that is lived with ease and joy.

Life does not have to be hard. It can be fun, exciting, carefree, and fulfilling.

I offer you the following:

Private Counseling, in addition to traditional therapy approaches, may include EMDR, Hypnotherapy, or HeartMath training, for the many types of psychological issues and difficulties encountered with daily living.

Coaching individuals using skills for reducing stress and improving performance by modulating emotions and achieving great results.

Meeting with professionals by providing a space for case consultation and networking. I offer Supervision for professional counselors and LPC Interns.

Brand new for the center is "Neurofeedback Training for the Brain." This training is the leading edge approach to help retrain the brain and learn more effective ways of dealing with a variety of situations.

The Alternate Treatment Modalities used are the Alpha-Stim Cranial Electro Stimulator (CES), HeartMath Freeze-Framer, meridian tapping (EFT), Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), and other combinations of treatment approaches. Great results have been achieved in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress-related discomfort.
